1. For those of you who have the retail version, is the DVI to VGA adapter cord included in the box?
2. What is currently the cheapest place to buy the retail version?

1. yes dvi to VGA adapter is included in the "retail" box.
2. online is the best place to buy, check pricewatch.com, or go to mwave.com, they are within about 10 bucks of the cheapest retail found at pricewatch.com, with it being $239.00. And I've been 100% happy with there service.

if you buy the retail that is made by ati then yes the adapter is in the box.

as for cheapest.. changes daily. The seem to run around 250 shipped for the retail 8500 made by ati.
