I just got an OEM Radeon 7500LE (passive cooling) I downloaded and installed powerstrip... I overclocked the Core to 285 and the ram to 244 and my 3dmarks rose from 3620 to 4361...... Quite an improvment... but I would like to find the limits of this card... how can I make it so I can increase the settings even more? (powerstrip won't allow me to turn it up higher)

Try a program like RivaTuner (Do a search on google, or visit Guru of 3d).

I'd suggest putting a fan on your Heatsink, it'll definatly help cooling your GPU, and perhaps, even more overclocking.

;) With Rad8500LE and GF3TI200 being so cheap it makes much more sense to get one of those babies with full DX8 hw funcs and loads more speed. If you can afford it then GF4TI4200-128MB are fantastic all-rounders and o/c to GF4TI4400 or GF4TI4600 speeds. Of course, if your CPU is below 1ghz you won't gain a huge amount from these cards, but it is worth considering, Rad7500 is still a very fine card (and would therefore still sell 2nd hand pretty well) but with much faster and more capable cards really coming down in price over the last 6 months they are very much worth considering.
