Radeon 7500 TV-out question

I'm probably gonna by an ATI Radeon 7500 sometime soon. I've read that the TV out with ATI cards are good, though this one is exceptionally good (or so I've heard). I've got a question though: Say I've got the video card outputting to both my monitor and my TV. Do I have to adjust the refresh rate on the card for the TV-out to work, or does the card automatically adjust for that?

I think the card does it but you can change those setting as you like.

ATI HydraVision will handle the refresh rate for you. GREAT card for the money.
