The box certainly doesn't look like it's made by ATI. It only says "Powered by ATI." Still it could be a hot deal

might wanna update the title. a "retail" oem card isnt exactly the same as a retail retail card.
 
3rd party doesn't mean OEM. I don't know what clock speed this runs at, but at least it's got dual head and TV out and *seems* to even come with the DVI adapter.
