Radeon 7500 in w2k problem

OK, I have this invisible line going down the right side of my screen. it's about as big as the scrollbar. Everything that is within the line is stretched to either side, and is really weird. My time looks like "10:34 AN--I". N--I being a stretched M. I don't have this problem when I uninstall the drivers, but I've tried both the drivers on the disk AND the new ones on the ATi website, but both cause the same problems. Anyone have this problem before and know a fix??
