I just installed Radeon 7500 video card on my pentium P4 2.66 machine.. When I try to see TV, video comes fine but there is no audio. I connect my cable directly to card.. I checked the audio control and everything looks OK. BTW, I do not have seperate audio card. Did I missed something when I installed the card? Any help would be appreciated..

Welcome to AT.

Are you saying you hooked up your computer to your TV but there is no sound?

What cables did you use?

You used an s-video or composite to connect the video.... did you connect anything for audio?

You're going to have to output from wherever your headphones or speakers usually plug into. Usually this is a green 1/8" jack. You should be able to get an adapter like this one and then run it to the audio inputs on the TV.

Let us know if I misinterpreted your problem.

Thanks for the prompt reply..
I have connected my computer to LCD.. Now LCD has built in speakers. I am using the audio out from PC to LCD. My cable company's cable is connected to 7500 Radeon card. From the card, I have DVI adapter and cable to my LCD. There are no audio cable coming out from the card and I am pretty sure there is none. I do not have any audio card.
