Radeon 64mb ViVo Capture quality

How is the capturing quality of the Radeon 64mb ViVo? I don't want to do any video editing, just want to get video from VHS onto the hard drive.
 
I'm using the composite-in for my AIW Radeon, so they are the same in that respect. I capture off my VCR and it does an excellent job with uncompressed AVI captures and uses incredible amounts of hardrive space, and I've also had good luck with the mpeg capture and compressing it again with into a Divx file with Flask. With my Duron 650, I can't capture as high a quality mpeg-2 without dropping frames as I would like and I don't have enough free hardrive space yet to completely capture a full movie uncompressed yet. So I have yet to do the whole VHS to VCD conversion yet.
