Radeon 64MB VIVO and Rebooting problem

i just installed my radeon 64mb VIVO and now when i go to restart from windows it locks up. any suggestions? operating system is Windows ME. specs are:

PIII 800
Cubx Mainboard
128mb RAM
SB Live 5.1

Are you using the drivers from the CD??? If so download the newest drivers for W98/ME and it should take care of the problem...

i just installed driver # 4.13.7041. and it still does the same thing.
