Radeon 64mb problems on new computer

I just built my first computer and everything runs great except for the video card. When windows starts it says the display driver is not functioning properly and I need to update the driver. I went to the ATI site and found out I have the latest driver. I have a 1.33ghz Athlon on an Abit KT7A-RAID motherboard running Windows ME. Please help me!

Reinstall the drivers anyway and install VIA's new 4in1 drivers, too.
