I'm looking at the Tv-out quality as well as the Tv-in quality.

Anyone with expirience from both?

In the same predicament, have an ELSA but they can't provide the VIVO module so now I am looking at the Radeon 64, but don't know if I should just hold out till they(ELSA) can supply.
