Radeon 64mb ddr VIVO quality

Has anyone tried the Radeon 64mb ddr card's VIVO functionality? Does it have a tv tuner? If not, can you use something like a vcr in conjunction with the video in port?

I think the quality is pretty good with the VIVO you nd use a vcr, Digital cam, Camcorder, ect.. with V-in

How about a PSX2 being used for the video-in? Would it work well?

The Radeon 64mb DDR does not have a TV tuner, but you can just use a VCR as a TV tuner and hook it up into the video input. I have this setup with my Radeon and it gives a pretty good picture, much better than the TV tuner I used to use.
