Radeon 64mb and Midtown Madness 2 problem

i just installed my Radeon 64MB VIVO the other day and updated the driver to # 4.13.7041. all my games run fine except Midtown Madness 2. it's all choppy and the backround is black. anyone else having trouble with this game? my specs are:

the 7041 drivers fixed the sky problems for me.

i still get wierd problems in this game and it pisses me off. the backgrounds are tiled yellow and black triangles and their is major slowdown and rendering issues. those latest drivers didn't fix it for me? I think its cause its 16bit color

I was having the same problem, I downloaded the patch, yes Microsoft actually released a patch!!!!! Anyway, no problems now.
