radeon 64ddr: when i goto the settings tab...

when im in the radeon settings tab, i click OpenGL and it freezes, also freezes when i go into outlook express, but not outlook 2000...
i have the latest drivers too. i even reformatted my HD to get rid of my old vid card drivers. whats wrong with it??
 
What drivers?

What motherboard?

Latest VIA 4-1 drivers if your using a VIA Mobo?

All other hardware patched?

IRQ Conflicts?


We need alot more info here...
