Radeon 64DDR Direct 3D or OpenGL ?

Well I have to say, I love this card a lot, its been wonderful since I got it and is very fast however I was wondering. I am playing most of my games in D3D like UT, should I switch to OpenGL ? Is it faster or better in any way... give me the scoop.. thanks !
 
Depends on the game. Games like Half Life are much better in OpenGL. UT will generally run better in D3D, but with the compressed textures, OpenGL mode can be great. Most games you don't have that problem though.
