Radeon 64 VIVO heatsink fan acting up

I've noticed that the heatsink fan on my radeon is acting up, frequently slowing down and the speeding up again. Is this a problem with the fan itself or with the AGP port? Is the fan replaceable? I noticed it plugs into a 2 pin socket on the card itself. Is this fan obtainable? I could go the RMA route, but I just don't have the patience to deal with Canadians today..
