Radeon 64 MB with no fan at 89 MHz AGP?

What do you think the chances are of running a flashed Radeon LE with no fan at 89 MHz AGP?

Worries me. Maybe I'll just spend the extra dough to get a 1.4 GHz Tualatin instead of a 1.1A@1.47 GHz.

I think you'd have a fair chance, someone with a BX board must be running a Radeon at 133 FSB (wouldn't that be 89 MHz AGP)? You've already run the radeon fanless?

Yeah, I've been running the Radeon fanless for the past year.

I had stuck a big@ss heatsink fan combo on it but then I needed the extra PCI slot, so I just took off the Radeon fan. Runs fine normoclocked. I haven't bothered to redo the fan yet.

Thanks, but I think think I'm just gonna go 1.4A with the 100 FSB and 66 AGP.

Less worries that way.
