In device manager, it shows a yellow exclamation mark next to my 2nd 5800 and says device cannot start. What do I do?

First thing to check is whether the second card works in the first slot on its own.

If it doesn't, the card is faulty.

If it does, check the original card on its own in the second slot.

If it doesn't work, the slot is bad.

If it does work, you most likely have a driver problem, but honestly, I doubt that because Windows should be able to pick up the card as a generic VGA without driver installation.

By the way, list your system specs.
