The polarity on the capacitor doesn't seem to be marked in a standard way. Can anyone help?

Erm, actually the photo above is not right. It must be some kind of a preproduction sample. In the normal card the caps are all rotated by 90 degrees, so the standard markings apply: shaded area is the negative terminal. For the capacitor in question that would be the bottom pin being negative.
