Radeon 4850 gets 1.0 vista experince score.

I just got my new computer and got it built yesterday. I installed Vista 32 bit and everything was running fine. The GPU score in vista was a 5.9. I upgraded to 64bit to use all 4GB of ram and even after installing the drivers from the CD/Online the score remains at 1.0. I can play games fine though but it seems that my 3Dmark06 score is low compared to what it should be. I get about 11400, and systems with the same specs as mine(E8400, 4GB ram) and an 8800GT get about 1200, even though the 4850 is much better. Is there something I did wrong which is limiting the preformance?

Are you saying the GPU score is a 1 now, or the overall score is a 1? I have a similar system (Vista x64, Radeon 4850, E8400, 4GB RAM) and I'm getting a 5.7 overall, GPU score is 5.9. That's really weird, something is obviously screwed up, but I wouldn't think it's the card itself, since you say you're gaming just fine.

Ok I got it fixed. I was playing TF2 and Gmod10 fine with great results so it appeared to be running like it should(60+FPS max everything) and then I installed CoD4. I had to install DirectX 9.0c and once I did and refreshed it it went to a 5.9 again. Now my system score is 5.7 overall because of the CPU.
