Radeon 32MB DDR VIVO?

I have seen at a few reseller's websites that they sell a 32MB VIVO for around $170. Is there such thing as a 32MB VIVO? They are OEM cards. Is there any big difference in the OEM Radeons vs. retail?

I may be wrong but I dont think there is a VIVO 32 Meg card only the 64 meg and the AIW. .
