I ran up to 200 without any problems (for a short time though - didn't want to risk frying the card on the first day), I started to get some artifacts at about 205 (this is without a fan, just the heatsink that came with it).
I've been running it at 180 for almost a week, since I don't really want to run it faster without a fan, and I didn't see much of an improvement from 180 to 200 anyways.

topweb2000, how did you shortcut it. I've done all of the other tweaks, but haven't found out how to get powerstrip not to reset.
Thanks,

double click the powerstrip icon in the taskbar. in the powerstrip config panel that open, click on the options tab, and select auto-load at the bottom. it puts a key in HKLM/Run.
at least this works on my setup in win2k, i don't know how this works with 98/me

In 98 save this as a batch file:c:\windows\pstrip.exe /clk 190 /exit
Creat a shortcut to it and run it in your startup group.

Hi guys,

I have a p-ii 350, hence my system bottleneck is the CPU most of the time, and when I run the fill-rate test in 3dmark2000, both with hyper-z and w/o hyper-z gives the same fill-rate results. Is there anyone who makes this test enabling/disabling hyper-z.

Thanks

When I had my AMD K6-2 300, and a Voodoo3 2k OC'ed to 166/166, EVERY resolution in Q3 would give me the same FPS from 640X480to 1024X768. I know that this is not the same benchmark, and my card did not have hyper-z, but I believe it is merely a case of your computer being heavily bottlenecked by your CPU.
