Anybody know anything about this? A friend's laptop was lagging. He's got this chip + an AMD Turion X2 in it.
T4 trailer was skipping; I figured the 3100 would be accelerating the video but it wasn't. He didn't have CCC installed, just an April 2008 driver that I guess Vista had.
Is this chip supposed to accelerate video? I thought pretty much everything gen 1x00 and on was supposed to?
If it is I'll go ahead and upgrade it for him, otherwise not.
