Radar Group developing Prey 2

I played Prey 1 enough to know that I didn't really care for it all that much (played till about 1/2 way through I'm guessing). Did the game actually merit a sequel? Are any of you interested in Prey 2?

I just played/beat Prey recently, and maybe since I was unaware of all of the hype surrounding it, I went in with no expectations and enjoyed it.

They did portals before Portal, though nowhere near as well or interesting. If they had a portal gun in the game it has potential awesomeness. I enjoyed the puzzles in the game - it was slightly reminiscent of Half Life.

No, the gameplay was pretty shallow, as was the plot. Most of the weapons felt gimmicky and useless as well.

Prey was way too meh in my book to even warrant a sequel. that game had "average mediocore FPS" written all over it.

Prey had some awesome level designs. I enjoyed the single player game quite a bit too. The portals were ok, although static they did create some amusing scenarios.
