Rackmount DJ System - Sound Card?

I'm building a Rackmount DJ system for a friend - semi-pro DJ

It's built on a 2U system.
2x250GB Seagate 7200.9 HDDs
X2 3800+
2GB OCZ Value etc.
etc. etc.

The real problem I have is selecting a sound card!
I'm thinking M-Audio's 7.1 Revolution...
But I also see alot more expensive pro gear.
I think most of the pro-gear is for recording etc...
But does anyone have any recommendations?

P.S. I've also been told that touchscreens are really the way to go... does anyone have recommendations for those?
