Rackmount case...?

I'm putting together 6 development server boxes. I need them to be rackmountable. But I also need them to be normal ATX cases so that I can fit a normal AGP video card, network card, motherboard, etc...

Are there any catch's to these rackmount cases? I really need help on this ASAP!
