i believe that with terrorism, racism should be brought to an end.
racism is leading towards terrorism.

it wouldn't be wrong to say that now people belonging to a certain faith are being terrorized.

the wtc tragedy is not a crime against one race or the civlized world, its a crime against entire mankind.

so why the frustration and anger is aimed at people of specific belief.

Wouldn't it not be racism though because Islam is a religion? Not saying it's not bad...but just that it's being termed wrong...

Are not most crimes developed out of some form of hate? Would not most murders, rapes, arsons, assaults, etc. be termed "hate crimes?"

All crimes are "hate crimes". I don't get that BS liberal crap. I never see someone kill others with love... ALL crimes involve HATE. THEY (all crimes) SHOULD ALL BE PUNISHED THE SAME. NO DISCRIMINATION TOLERANCE ANYWHERE.

Hate crimes define a crime thats main motivator is hate. This isn't the case in many crimes. The person who steals doesn't neccesarily hate the victem. Greed is the motivator. The rapist is motivated by lust in most cases, or a desire for power. And even murder can be a quest for power, or a flash of rage, but not hate. I disagree with you that all crimes are motivated by hate.

I would say it the other way.

Terrorism is leading towards racism.

If the terrorist acts had not been committed than many if not all of these "racist" acts would not have been committed. Blame the spark for this on the extremists of that religion for inflaming people against them.

I am concerned that is the goal of the terrorists, a global war of the Muslims vs. the West. What acts would they do to spark this war?

Impossible. Racism will never be brought to an end. As for hate crimes, they should all be taken off the law books. There's no reason someone should get into more trouble for the same crime for what they believe. That's not what this country should be about.

d00d u guys dont get it
everyone that dislikes the idea of hate crime is probably white

hate crime legislation was started because of the huge inequity in the justice system (atleast in the US)

white people get aquitted more than black people FACT
there are way more black people on death row than white people

juries want to convict black people; not white people

flames not welcome!

More black people on death row doesn't neccesarily = prejudice.
