Racial Discrimination at work question

The "reason" you got fired is clearly not a realtion to discrimination, whether there is a real reason or not... who cares. Clearly working there was really crappy, so find yourself a new job and leave it all behind you.

It's seems a little past the time to take any real action, unless you are just a money-grubber. If you were really offended by how your were being treated, then you could have gotten your manager fired, or at least transferred if you had told your DM what you have told us... but in a more coherant way...

You're being a d!ck. You got fired for what seems like a bad reason, but it wasn't because of your race. Don't try to make something out of nothing just because you're pissed - if you do, then you're no better than the dumbasses that sue because they spill coffee on themselves.

im not trying to sue to get money, i just want this jackass fired.

Even if you just want to get him fired it more than likely won't work. Everyone will assume you want him fired for firing you and you are making up the discrimination accusation.

Bingo.

At the first sign of discriminiation, you should of documented it his exact words, took any witness name down, and filed a complaint with HR or home office. I'm not a lawyer but one two of my former managers that I work for, one at Disney and Micro Center gave me this advice. Always document it and if it bothers you, you should have it noted with your HR department.

You want to get him fired? Tell corporate about him stealing from them, make sure you tell them you were afraid to report this while you were working for fear of termination. Anyone taking money for a product and keeping the money is shoplifting from the corporation.

Keep in mind your complaint alone will not get him fired, get the other employees to call and report it also and even then he may not be fired immediately. They will watch him after the complaints.

Let it go and move on with your life regardless of what you choose to do.

now it looks like the ****** didnt submit my payroll so i didnt get paid today. (should have been directly deposited) :disgust:

Get over it. You're just bitter because you got fired. Racial discrimination had nothing to do with your termination.
