i cooked up some predictions on how long it will take everyone to finish if they continue at the current rate. these are approximations, since some people have increased their output lately.

i should go out and buy about 10 computers on my credit cards, use them for 13 days and return them before the 15-day return policy runs out. that would help me out rather nicely. and it would all be &quot;free&quot;.
 
yeah well... within a week or two amd will release a faster cheap anyway and i can cite 'lack of speed' of the 1ghz systems as my reason for dissatisfaction.

it's doable, but not worth the time and effort.

All 1.1 GHz and above cpu's are all made in Dresden, therefore they all have copper inter-connects. This makes them easier to overclock anyway 🙂

he he he. i'm trying to get something together, but the systems won't run 24/7, so that's a bummer. i'm just challenging so i have more incentive to get out there and assimilate. if i'm not in direct competition with someone then it's easier for me to slip into a groove and be happy with what i've got. when there's the constant threat of losing, i'm more likely to kick ass. but, like i said, i'm not sure that i'm going to win. i think i have a chance, but so does everyone else...

i'm out of town for a couple of weeks and it looks like power went out at my place. it looks like my computers are in the OFF position. DAMN!!!
