It looks like a decent overclocking utility as far as voltages and frequencies.

I wouldn't call it a OCing utility. Its more of a GPU bios tweaker. But anyways it works pretty well though obviously its quite dangerous as it can break your BIOS and rendere your card useless... Gerrson has a whole thread about his modified x1900xt BIOS in the video forum.

I know it is also a bios editor, but it has voltage settings, clock frequencies, and even manual memory timings so you don't have to worry about another overclocking utility automatically loosening them. Run it with SysTool and you've got your temps being recorded. I'm just curious if people use it as their primary overclocking utility. I know gerrson primarily used it to make a bios, but I'm only interested in flashing this card.

rabit is a bios-editor and not an OC utility. You can edit the bios so an OC is permanently set in the bios...but IMHO this doesn't make too much sense, I use ATT and overclock with this. Also...if you flash your bios experimenting with ram-timings/latencies and OC then you better know what you doing :)
