R9700 - Need Multimedia Center 7.8 for DVD player!

I bought a Sapphire R9700 Pro here in the UK, but it doesn't seem to come with the ATI DVD player.
Instead it comes with Power DVD XP which apparently is nowhere near as good.

So does anyone know if you can download this for the R9700?

I believe what is required is ATI Multimedia center 7.8
All I have is 7.6 🙁

Apparently not as good?

I have Power DVD running on current PC, and it played titles other software couldn't cope with.....

Seeing is believing, Power DVD is one of the best players on the market...
