R9600 with 64-bit memory interface???

I have bought a GigaByte Radeon 9600 [GV-R96128D] and on the GigaByte website and in the
manual there is a 64-bit memory interface mentioned instead of a 128-bit interface. Is it only
a mistake and the memory interface is 128-bit or how is it?

ATI sells only the Radeon 9600 SE with a 64-bit memory interface.
