R9550 flashing to R9600 non-pro, then OCing!

hey everybody, i got the ASUS Radeon 9550 (not SE) 128bit 128MB memory, and it is running at 250c/200m (memory 5ns) i wanna flash it to R 9600 non pro then OC it to -say 400+/200+.
I need a Radeon 9600 np flash so could anybody please help me?
