Really pathetic CS from them. Its quite sad how few vendors we have that can be relied on for pc components......I stick almost exclusively to amazon/newegg with pretty good results.

Pretty sad how much stock AMD had built up for this launch considering how late and overdue it is.

TD is some sort of terrible and they haven't gotten any better across the years from what I have seen.

I knew the Fury X would be limited stock, but the stock looks extra limited this time around. Worse I would say than the r290/x situation. It's frustrating to have money to burn on a Fury X, but can't. It's the other side of why AMD isn't doing as well as they should be. They lose sales because people don't want to wait.

Please note that your payment method will not be and has not been charged. If you used a prepaid payment method such as PayPal or Google, the payment processors will be automatically notified of the order cancellation and they will refund your payment within 24-48 hrs.

Not surprised... would have been a excellent score though.

Sorry for everyone who got shafted but this is typical for TD. Only reason I shop there is for emergency parts at the local store.

So there were practically no cards available for this launch. I don't think this thread title is quite right. Maybe more like "R9 Fury cards go on sale and both of them sell in less than a minute"

Not available in Germany either...aside from a few morons trying to re-sell it for 1000€+++ ($1120ish).

Yea...good luck with that.

Of course, I basically started the thread to voice my disappointment because I would have liked the chance to order one. I wonder how long we'll need to wait to see the "next wave", and then past that, I wonder how long before the price comes back down to MSRP.

It looks like there will be more availability soon. Gigabyte, MSI, and Powercolor only officially announced their Fury X cards on 6/25. The cards were new to their websites that day also. Asus still doesn't have the Fury X on their website.

I've got a Gigabyte Fury X on order from Amazon. It was listed as out of stock when I placed the order. You can't find it on their website via normal search anymore. I'll post back to this thread when I get notification that the card is inbound to Amazon.

AcomPc has some in stock for 813€. "In stock" nicht be a placeholder and 813€ is still insane but better than 1000€+ :p

I was browsing through geizhals.at and some shops list 7.7 as delivery date.

LOL Newegg pulled a fast one on everyone. They have had the Sapphire card in stock all along. It is instock right now but only if you buy it in a bundle with an asus mboard and amd fx 9590 cpu. look at that bundle and it says instock at every step of the purchase process.

I'm getting one tomorrow to replace my 770. Would have gone for a 980 Ti but they're way overpriced here.
