r9 280x which brand

I need help deciding on which 280x i should get. The toxic is out of my price range. I was gonna get the asus until i heard that there are artifact issues. Same with the vapor x. Then i went to look at the msi twin frozr and have heard that it leaks oil. Then the gigabyte which i have heard is extremely loud. I am currently looking at the sapphire dual x. Are any of the issues above that i mentioned still present?

Can you elaborate? I was looking at ASUS, they have excellent reviews. Which model and how are you sure it wasn't just a faulty card or batch of cards?
 
Sapphire dual-x fans are the most prone to failure of any brand I've ever used. Second place: Sapphire Vapor-x fans. I avoid non-reference Sapphire cards like the plague now.
