R8500 OC'ing - Help/info!!

Hi guy's, I need some info on how to get the best and safest OC from my R8500. Not any wild modding pliz, just mild stuff. I know most of you guys are probably on R9XXX hardware by now, but I'm sure someones got some did some OC'ing with they're R8500 at some time. Any info will be appreciated.
 
It's different for every card. Your card might be able to o/c as much as 30% of default or fry when pushed as little as 5%. The only way to determine whatever is a safe o/c for your particular specimen is to try it in small increments until your games lockup or you see visual artifacts/anamolies.
