R7 265 video card temperatures

This video card in a i7 4770 is showing 68 º C (154 º F) while I play the game Batman: Arkham Origins, and 40º C (104 º F) in idle. Are these temperatures normal?

I use a Hyper 212X cooler in this CPU. Still going to install a 120mm fan in the top of this case. The fan will throw air directly into the video card.

The local temperature from my city has increased in the last month and now it's at least 29º C (84 º F). It's the hottest time of the year.

Also: not using air conditioner in this room.

The CPU cooler you use doesn't matter, nor the CPU model, within a nominal TDP rating rating range. You have to get cool air in, and warm air out. Watts matter. Up to around 90C is just fine, so 68C is nothing to worry about.
