R5 260x - black screen problem?

Does the R5 260x have a black screen problem? I have one that is installed on a computer with a new motherboard (Asrock Extreme 3) and an I5 processor and a new power supply. When the video card is in my computer things do not work as well and eventually I lose the video. this does not happen when the video card is not in my computer. I have the newest drivers and the newest bios for my motherboard.
