Radeon 9000??:
Well, if you let the INQWell tell it ATi?s next part, the RV 250 will be named the Radeon 9000. Now where would that put the R300 in the ATi line up?? If you follow this line of thinking?the Radeon 9500 I suppose. Hey, that puts the BFG 10K within reason as a name for the next-gen ATi product!!! Well, this whole thing is kinda like guessing the GeForce 3?s successor was going to be named the GeForce4?um, Duh.

As usual, HardOCP doesn't know jack. The RV 250 will be called something like Radeon 8800, and the R300 is the real Radeon 9000.

Hehe. I could careless what its named, but Radeon 10000 sounds awfully cheesy, sorta like in the Late 80s and Early 90s, the "2000" on everything to make it futuristic thing.

Why are you criticizing Hardocp? They are just quoting the Inquirer (which sucks balls). I like HardOCP. I can't stand The Inquirer though.
