Yes, either way I look at it, something better will always be on the way. It leans towards the Radeon 9700 now. 
My EXPERTool is capable of overclocking the card, but I need a benchmark test to see which amount of overclocking I should use to get optimal performance. I will give your suggestion a try, though, thanks for the tip.
