Anything on it yet ? When is ATI going to officially announce it, you know, lay down the specs ? What do you think will be price tag ?

last i heard anything mentioned gave an indication of nov or dec but no mentioned price yet afaik

The way I see it, when the R300 AIW becomes available for an affordable price, the R400 AIW would be just around the corner.

This topic got disscuised at QuakeCon (mind you there are couple dozen working 9700s out there), and the ATI rep couldn't specifically speak on the topic but it was pretty much assumed that it is in the pipe, due to his lack of a response.
