R0 stepping for e7400 ...

Any noticeable differences from the M0 steppings? I'd guess for lower temperatures and higher overclocks...as well as lower VIDs.

will I be able to buy this new processor by monday? I am hoping so, because I have held back on building a new Pc for this reason...

I had forgotten about this being released - nice to see 2.8Ghz stock speed - should make overclocking easier on cheapo boards too with a slightly higher multi.

Great. Now all the wonderful Asrock beta BIOSes for the 775dual-VSTA and the Conroe865PE will be obsolete and need another patch, with this new stepping. 🙁

Good thing about the E7400 is that stores won't be able to sell the E7200 for $120+ anymore. Microcenter's $99 price will become the norm (hopefully). This should also impact other chip pricing to the downside as well (along with the general economic malaise).
