Either is acceptable. I had someone tell me I had it wrong on my resume... I had to bite my tongue. I'd stick with one accent to be safe. 🙂

I don't think the accents have anything to do with how the letters are pronounced, just how much emphasis they get. Most people don't pronounce it res-u-ME', they put more emphasis on the first sylable.
