QX6700 Price Supose to Drop?

I heard about the Q6600... Great news...

Does the QX6700 suppose to drop to 500?

Just wanting to know so that I will know if I should wait on it or just forget about it.

The QX6700 will remain at its current price and be one of those Core 2's that doesn't make sense to purchase. Just like the X6800... it's still $900+, but nobody with any sense would purchase it.

The Q6700 should be replacing the Q6600 at the $530~ price point. You'll have Q6600 at $266, Q6700 at $530, and QX6850 at $999.

Oh I see so I just read it wrong. Actually the problem has been I did not know they have made a q6700 because I haven't found any at all only qx6700.

Turns out the q6700 are only $350 ...

I think it would be worth the extra $100 to have that much more overclocking.

Also some say it will be G0 theres no risk for it not being this.

I don't know much about all of this .. any ideas?

They all went back to $580... Though they were $350 yesterday?

Do the stores have to give you the order if you find a page that lists it for $350 and you get your order in?

This would really piss me off to wait 2 weeks and them say "the price is wrong b****". Lol


heck with it I just ordered the q6600.. tired of researching about a dumb processor
