Qwest increasing their bandwidth?

I was roaming through the qwest.com website and entered in my phone number just to see what other broadband packages qwest had to offer. Normally their Premium service is 640/256 (what i'm getting) but their website now says it's 1.5Mbps/896Kbps!

Anyone heard anything about Qwest increasing their bandwidth? Any ETA on when we can expect the speed increase to be there?
 
qwest will upgrade my bandwidth by next wednesday. 1.5 down/at least 896 up (probably 1mbit, I've heard) 😀😀😀
