Quoting multiple posts made easier?

I'd be nice to have the ability to quote multiple posts in one reply. For example, being able to click "quote" on a thread, and then scroll up to "quote" another thread, having both quotes show up side-by-side. This way we could much more easily quote multiple people in one reply, without the time consuming copy/paste that's normally needed. Just an idea! :D

Agreed. Currently, what I do is this:
Click Quote on the first thing I want to quote, and finish replying to it. Then I find the next post I want to quote, hold down Shift and click the Quote link - this opens a new window with the quoted reply. I just copy and paste this into the main window. I can't think of a good way of programming this into Fusetalk, but then again, I don't know a whole lot about programming.

This is a bit too far out, but perhaps a small checkbox control could be put somewhere conveniently out of the way but still easy to get to (perhaps next to the message function icons at the top right of each message). A person could put a check mark next to each message s/he wanted to quote, and then press a "master" quote button at the top or bottom of the thread. How's that sound? :)

That sounds like a sweet idea...but I think it'd require modifying the FT code...Zuni? Please?!
