I somehow doubt that technical detail, but it DOES make a slight bit of sense, since reading an xbox disk DOES require a reflash. I'm just not sure what that reflash entails.

To me, that thread was like art. Ignore the actual disinformation, and just bask in the sheer lack of grammar skills, spelling, and incomprehensible audacity.
It takes enormous balls coupled with complete ignorance in order to butcher the english language with such panache, then tell someone else they are stupid.
I laughed out loud when I read it. I'm still baffled and somehow mesmerized by it 😀

The one I never understood is when people start every word with a capital letter. It is much harder to type, it's incorrect, and it's harder to read. It happens more often that one would expect, too.

Why The Hell Would Someone Type A Sentence Like This I Just Don't Understand.

Good sir, I understand how computers and dvd games work. I worked on and modded the xbox I bought myself. You are also an ignoramus (i've loved that word ever since it was in the simpsons) because Xbox games are designed to be read from the outside inwards, opposite of a regular pc disc. That is why you must purchase an xbox and cannot play xbox games on your computer.

My OP wasn't about correct or incorrect, really. It was about diction and mild to severe retardation.

So you know, there is an emulator called Cxbx that's used to play xbox games on a pc. http://www.caustik.com/cxbx/. There's also Xeon at http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/xbox/xeon.html
