went there today, had the santa fe turkey, which was good but a bit dry. just fine with some italian dressing on it. also had the clam chowder, which isn't as good as before but still pretty tasty. all told it was over $9 though. now i can't afford to eat dinner :(

There's a Q within walking distance of work, and another within walking distance of home. My blood turkey-lite-dressing level is pushing .15

Wonder if we have a Togo in the Portland area.

Quizno's rocks, Black Angus with horseradish sauce, yum.

RIP Clam Chowdah :(

There's this place by us where $5 buys a large fountain drink a bag of chips and a sandwich whichi s the equivalent of two meals... If you get everything on it, it's like having a garden salad too....

I had the Turkey Ranch Swiss today. It was good but they sure skimped on the fillings. For $5.70 I'm pissed. :|

It's toe-go's.

As an Allied Domecq shareholder, I feel it is my duty to inform you that the official pronunciation is "Toe Go's"--a play on the word Toga with an obvious reference to it being a quick service restaurant (the PC term for fast food.) They are primarily in west coast, Northeast, Atlanta and some other large urban markets.

EDIT: Forgot to mention they are the home of the family-sized sandwich!

My ultimate dream is to own and operate one of the new combo Dunkin Donuts/Togos/Baskin Robin's stores (yes, Allied Domecq rules!)
One stop shop for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert!

You do know that it takes at least $500k to get the dunkin donuts franchise, right?

$500k for an "ultimate dream" isn't too bad.... most people make at least triple that in their life time.... factor in a few loans, i think it's doable.

ah i see. all the same though, according to this site, it's not too bad: Trombo franchises utilising all three brands have a franchise fee of $60,000 and a total investment of $450,000 to $1,700,000.

Subway is teh sux0rs.

Quizno's all the way!

I always get the following:

Medium Honey Mustard Chicken and Swiss
Medium diet Coke
Bowl of Clam Chowda (I don't notice a difference  )
Small bag of chips (I eat these as a late night snack or the next day)
