My experience is Subway shops vary quite a bit as far as quality of the vegetables and bread, which makes a big difference in taste.

I've only eaten at one Quiznos, and it's a brand new store that I'm sure does everything right. Quiznos is also more generous with meat, so i give them the edge, but a good Subway shop is pretty close.

Neither one is anywhere near as good as a real sub from a real local pizza place, at least here in Columbus, Ohio.

Massey's pizza
even Donatos's pizza

subway meat is nasty. they count out the toppings just overall sandwich that leaves you feeling un satisfied.
