So I rolled into Quizno's today, fully intending to use the free sub coupon, and I decided that I had abused that thing waaay too much -- 10+ times -- and that I would actually buy something there. So I bought a regular sized Mesquite Chicken with Bacon sub and a cup of Clam Chowder.
The sub is wonderful: Nice, fluffy wheat bread, lots of meat, yummy sauce stuff, very good.
The chowder is decent: the taste is simply excellent, but it is a little too watery.
Because I had to wait in line a while they threw in a free ... what looks like cornbread, but in a biscuit style? It's kinda sweet tasting, could use some butter, and is very dense.
I love quizno's, but they need to fix their chowder ... I guess I'll the chili a go tomorrow.
