Sort of what the title says, I've decided to quit smoking and am wondering what is better to use?

I was thinking lozenge, because I work in a bank and chewing gum for 30 minutes may impact my work.

And do I have to take it on a regular schedule like it says? Or is it better just to do it during cravings

See I just want the gum for help, my issue is cravings, so I figure do one a day to help with the worst cravings.

The secret to quitting is to not quit. Seriously, as soon as you decide to quit your desire will increase and make it more difficult. Don't quit, just don't do it.

smoking is lame, only weak people do it. good to see youve decided to be a less weak willed and face the problem you've created. just dont waste your money on it and dont be bothered by other people's smoking. remember yoda's wisdom: "try not, do or do not" (the quote may not be perfect, but close enough)

What a generalisation. I started smoking when I was 15. Does that mean I was weak? Maybe, but most like stupid as well. Have tried to quit a few times but never was successful. I don't think you can quit, you only can stop.

I've actually invented a gum that helps you quit breathing. It's 100% percent effective, but it's patent pending.

Start handing that sh!t out to anyone dumb enough to take gum from strangers. The world will thank you.

Why not take Zyban if your serious about quitting. It has the highest success rate.

I quit cold turkey in April.

The main thing is you have to be motivated to do it.

And the one with the sig is Ausm.

Pretty sure there is a shot a Dr. can give you that will absolutely work from what I have been told.

I bet you wouldn't feel the same if you were addicted to heroin...
